1 year of experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service will be an added advantage.
Bilingual proficiency in both English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors)
Familiar with online shopping application (eg. Lazada/Shopee)
Good computer literacy in Google Sheet, MS Excel, Word.
Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
Have a positive and customer-oriented attitude
Able to work in a team and independently
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle the e-commerce activity on our website and various e-commerce platform.
Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website and the different e-commerce platform.
Manage the product listings on the website and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
Responsible for updating the product listings promptly on all e-commerce channels.
Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
Handle the liaison with suppliers, procurement & drivers relating to operations activities.
Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
Assist with answering incoming calls from prospective clients when Customer Service personnel are not available.
Execute activities relating to sales and promotions over different e-commerce platforms.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
