Job description -Handling multiple e-commerce platforms: including Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook. -Technical skills to set up and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger, enhancing our customer service capabilities. -Platform Management: Oversee and maintain the company's e-commerce presence on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date. -Customer Support: Implement and manage auto-reply systems on WhatsApp and Messenger to promptly address customer inquiries and improve response times. -Order Processing: Monitor order fulfillment processes on various platforms to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. -Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement in online sales. -Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility on all e-commerce platforms.Requirements E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing online sales platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Facebook.
