Job Responsibilities / Scope

1. Order Picking & Packing

Retrieve products from storage/shelves based on order list Check item codes, quantity, and condition Pack items safely using suitable packaging materials (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) Label parcels and include necessary invoice/documentation
2. Wrapping & Presentation

Ensure items are neatly and securely wrapped (no damage during transit) Add protective padding or cushioning as needed Maintain packaging standard Delivery Arrangement & Coordination
3. Coordinate with runner/driver for pickups and deliveries

Prepare delivery manifest/handover list Track delivery status and follow up on delays Assist in handover to courier services when required
4. Inventory & Stock Support

Assist in stock counting and restocking picking locations Report discrepancies or damaged goods
5. Other Tasks

Assist during peak sales periods (promotions, flash sales, etc.) Attend briefings, training, and follow updated SOPs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
