Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related design roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Creative mindset with a good sense of visual design.
Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce operations.
Good communication skills in any language (Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
Responsibilities
Upload and manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
Shoot and edit basic videos for product marketing content.
Edit photos and design promotional materials for campaigns and product launches.
Use design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop (MUST).
Work with 3rd-party e-commerce tools (e.g., SiteGiant, BRS, BigSeller) - priority given to experienced candidates.
Handle and reply to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
Work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
