E-Commerce Growth Manager
Location: Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and management of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, driving significant growth in GMV, AOV, and order volume.
- Localize and execute integrated brand campaigns, effectively adapting global marketing assets for the Malaysian market.
- Strategically plan and implement KOL/KOC collaborations, influencer partnerships, and livestream strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee a local team of 5-6 content creators and campaign executives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams on inventory management, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct daily monitoring of competitor activities and campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce, specifically with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record in managing GMV growth, ideally exceeding $500,000/month.
- Strong hands-on digital marketing expertise.
- Fluent in English for effective regional collaboration.
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a 0-1 mindset.
