Job Description


  • Act as the point of contact, manage key accounts and developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key e-commerce clients and company.
  • Resolving problems, addressing their needs and handle key client complaints in a timely manner.
  • Understand the goals and strategies of each e-commerce partner and align them with your company\'s objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data and work closely with accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Negotiate and manage pricing agreements, promotions, and contracts with key accounts.
  • Monitor client\xe2\x80\x99s performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify new potential client.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position.
