Job Description


  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and review proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Manage account opening, information verification, overdue contracts and sending quotation to customers.
  • Responsible for document filing and keeps the system\xe2\x80\x99s documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain document logs, track revisions, and ensure that all versions of documents are properly stored and maintained.
  • Train regional staff on document filing processes and procedures.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Applicants must be willing to work travel across Malaysia.
