Ecommerce Manager (groceries & Pet)

Job Description
This role is responsible for the entire eCommerce business growth from strategy planning, improvement planning and explore different market opportunity including brand dot-com. This role also will be responsible in building up a team while provide training and inspiring the team to be working closely together for the best result.
- Manage end-to-end process of ecommerce responsibility including budget management, strategy planning and execution.
- Grow sales revenue of ecommerce channel and market share of the brand.
- Oversee stock management to ensure stock availability for ecommerce channels.
- Build up ecommerce team while set KPIs and appropriate responsibility for new team members.
- Provide guidance and training to new members and ensure maximise the productivity of the team members.
- Manage 360 marketing plan for online campaigns and promotion together with the collaboration with different internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce especially from FMCG or Groceries & Pet category.
- Having experience in managerial role who led team or having direct subordinate in the department.
- Able to work in fast growing environment independently.
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills.
- Experience in building up brand dot-com will have extra advantages.
