Job Description

Transform DurianBikers.com into Asia's most powerful motorcycle-gear e-commerce platform -- a global destination shipping helmets and performance parts from our Johor Bahru HQ to riders worldwide.

You will architect and lead every part of the cross-border e-commerce operation: site architecture, digital marketing, logistics, customer experience, and P&L growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a 3-year global growth roadmap for DurianBikers.com. Position the brand as a factory-linked, price-advantaged Asian alternative to Western retailers. Align all online sales with group brands -- Tuned by QBEE (helmets) and SUPERFLY (parts).
2. Digital Platform Management

Oversee Shopify Plus (or WooCommerce) architecture, UX, localization, and checkout flows. Implement headless CMS + ERP integration (Ecount / Zoho) for real-time inventory sync across subsidiaries. Manage global domains (/my /sg /id /ph /vn /eu) for multi-currency and multi-language operations.
3. Performance Marketing & Content

Own the global funnel -- SEO, SEM, Meta, Google Shopping, TikTok Ads, email automation. Build a content-commerce engine (YouTube + TikTok reviews + blog guides) driving organic traffic. Manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting campaigns.
4. Global Logistics & Operations

Integrate DHL Express / EasyShip / Shippo for automated cross-border shipping and duty calculations. Optimize fulfilment workflow at the Johor Bahru warehouse (pick ? pack ? label ? dispatch). Negotiate global courier rates and SLAs to keep average shipping cost per parcel competitive.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build and mentor a lean team: Digital Marketing Lead, Web Ops Exec, Fulfilment Manager, Content Creator, Customer Experience Lead. Coordinate with SUPERFLY and Tuned by QBEE departments for product launches and stock allocation. Report weekly KPIs to founder; track sales, ROAS, fulfilment efficiency, and customer retention.
