E-commerce Manager
to scale our online presence, drive sales, and elevate Ourah into a leading brand in the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for
Ourah
, aligning with the overall business objectives of Twenty Four Six Sdn Bhd.
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across platforms like
Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, and the brand website
.
Lead website performance improvements, ensuring seamless
UI/UX
and mobile-first optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a
smooth supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service experience
.
2. Performance Marketing & Sales Optimization
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns
across
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads
to maximize ROI.
Utilize
SEO, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs
to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Implement A/B testing on product pages and campaigns to
improve conversion rates and customer retention
.
Develop data-driven strategies using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce performance reports.
3. Marketplace Management & Expansion
Manage Shopee, Lazada, and other online marketplaces
, ensuring competitive pricing, promotions, and high-quality product listings.
Optimize customer reviews, ratings, and engagement on digital platforms to
build trust and brand credibility
.
Identify new e-commerce channels and international expansion opportunities for
Ourah's growth
.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
Enhance the online shopping journey
by improving UI/UX, personalization, and seamless checkout experiences.
Implement retention strategies like loyalty programs, targeted email marketing, and re-engagement campaigns.
Work closely with customer support teams to
ensure quick resolution of inquiries and maintain brand reputation
.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including
sales, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior
.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and improve profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new tools to keep
Ourah at the forefront of digital commerce
.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management.
Expertise in
TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or WooCommerce
.
Strong understanding of
Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies
.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce performance tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with experience in
A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel optimization
.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
is a plus.
Knowledge of logistics, fulfillment, and cross-border e-commerce.
Passion for building a digital-first brand and scaling an e-commerce business.
