  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, or other related tools.
ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, value proposition, and key messaging.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing and communication materials.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful content.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Analyze data to understand brand performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, equity, and loyalty.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align branding and customer experience efforts with business objectives.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the brand's marketing and customer service budgets.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of campaigns and operations.
Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Support the marketing team by addressing unforeseen business needs, such as urgent presentations, project coordination, or last-minute creative revisions.
