Bachelor\'s Degree5+ years of experiencePosition SummaryThe role aims to expand Nespresso\'s online business beyond its own websites. The chosen candidate will oversee making sure that product content and features are readily available on Marketplace platforms, aligning with the local Commercial Strategy, campaigns, and global product launches.You will work closely with the local Commercial & Marketing Teams to achieve the following objectives:

  • Take full ownership of the commercial target on the Marketplace.
  • Oversee the daily operations of Nespresso on eRetailers.
  • Enhance and optimize the performance of Nespresso digital boutiques on Marketplaces.
  • Contribute to the overall eBusiness goal of delivering an exceptional digital customer experience on both marketplace and brand.com platforms.
How would a day in the life of your role would look like?Plan and maximize the performance of Nespresso digital boutiques in Marketplaces
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to develop and implement the annual commercial offer plan and content.
  • Take ownership of achieving the commercial target and proactively address any gaps, including collaborating with key account managers to secure additional deals and subsidies.
  • Enhance the visibility of Nespresso on marketplace platforms by understanding the merchandizing tools and exposure options provided by e-Retailer partners.
  • Monitor the return on investment (ROI) on marketplace platforms and ensure proper accounting alignment with the Finance team.
  • Assist other departments in implementing online projects that impact marketplace platforms, such as livestream activities.
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Nespresso in marketplace platforms
  • Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of all commercial and promotional activities on marketplace platforms. This includes setting up promotions, pricing, and uploading content on the platforms.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams at headquarters and internal departments to ensure the availability of up-to-date content (copy and visuals) and products, aligning with Nespresso\'s global and local campaign plans.
  • Monitor order validations with internal Nespresso stakeholders to ensure adherence to marketplace key performance indicators (KPIs), such as fast delivery rate with the Supply Chain team and response rate with the Customer Care team.
  • Generate valuable insights by tracking digital KPIs, including sales, brand ranking, conversion funnel, average basket size, customer complaints, channel shares, and paid media performance.
  • Utilize these insights to drive actionable initiatives, such as campaign strategies and merchandising optimizations, to maximize the performance of the marketplace channel.
Optimize the user experience to drive conversion on the brand.com
  • Actively participate in and support the eCommerce team in campaign operations, including setting up product pages and optimizing permanent brand.com content.
What you should have to join the team.?
  • Graduate with bachelor\'s degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • At least 5 years + experience working in in eCommerce platforms operations management (experience with Lazada and Shopee platforms is preferred)
  • Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus
  • Good business acumen with analytical skills performing sales figures analysis
  • Able to work under pressure and Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
  • Understanding of Google Analytics is a plus (optional)
  • Knowledge of digital media creation (Photoshop)is a plus (optional)
