JOB SUMMARY
Lead Desince's TikTok Livestream and Video operations. Manage hosts and content creators to achieve sales targets through engaging content, data analysis, and strong team training.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Livestream Sales Strategy:
Plan and execute TikTok Live strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Prepare livestream scripts, product storytelling, and audience engagement strategies for each session.
Monitor livestream performance in real time and make adjustments to improve conversion rates.
2. Team Management & Coaching:
Lead and support TikTok hosts and content creators.
Provide regular training on hosting techniques, on-camera presence, and sales skills.
3. Content Direction & Production:
Manage the creation of high-performing TikTok content aligned with brand tone and sales goals.
Convert key livestream moments into short-form videos to increase reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure consistent visual and content quality.
4. Data & Optimization:
Work closely with E-Commerce and Product teams to plan campaigns and product highlights.
Prepare and present regular performance reports along with improvement recommendations to management.
Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and initiatives to support overall company objectives.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including conversion rate, engagement rate, and content ROI.
Identify insights and opportunities from performance data to improve future content strategies.
Implement data-driven enhancements for livestream execution and video planning.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Live or video content management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
WORKING DAYS & HOURS
6 days a week (alternate Saturdays)
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Sunday is a rest day
