- Provide customer support through multiple channels like inbound, outbound calls, and email.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and adhere to established guidelines.
- Identify financial needs during calls and offer suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Proactively support customers to maintain and strengthen brand loyalty
