Title: Customer Success Specialist - Mandarin & English
Experience Range: 0 \xe2\x80\x93 6 months (Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates)
Education: Open to Diploma and Degree holders
Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang
Shift: Shift between 12 am or 11 am
Salary Range: Upto RM 3600Industry: Technology Platform for Independent RestaurantsApplicant need to Malasyian citizen.Overview: The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is responsible for responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information through inbound phone calls and emails. As the primary contact for customers using the client\xe2\x80\x99s website shopping channel, the CSS embodies our client\'s values of responsibility and a passion for excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand, culture, and values of the client.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Handle customer concerns positively and professionally.
  • Provide timely support through inbound phone calls and email.
  • Support customers in placing online orders.
  • Process payments and confidential client information securely.
  • Proactively support customers to protect the client\xe2\x80\x99s brand and customer loyalty.
  • Escalate priority issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support.
  • Share suggestions for improving service quality.
  • Keep skills up to date through continuous learning.
  • Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
  • Adhere to company and client policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Mandarin & English
