Tanggungjawab

• Maintain daily operation of marketplace platforms: Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop
• Assist in optimize product listing
• Prepare sale marketing campaigns
• Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the online shopping experience
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• To perform any ad-hoc duty when assigned by superior
