Job Description

Responsible for planning, managing and optimizing our brand presence on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.Requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and consumer behavior to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.Platform Management:

• Oversee daily operations of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts.
• Plan and manage in-app ads to drive traffic and conversions.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• You may be expected to stay late or work during the night to monitor and support mega campaigns, such as 3.3, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored for each platform.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and effective visual content.
• Utilize platform-specific advertising tools to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage promotions and discount strategies to maximize sales.
• Coordinate promotional activities and live streaming events on TikTok.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal designer and brand marketing team to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.

Experiences:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their specific requirements.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
