Responsibilities

• Managing Ecommerce marketing team (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook), create weekly and monthly promotion plans, and ensure that the team executes according to the marketing plan.
• Maintain good relations with various Platform Relationship Manager, KOLs & KOCs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape and translate these insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies (including marketing campaigns, sales enablement and channel partnerships) which aligned with overall company objectives.
• Analyze sales data and understand market pricing, costs and margin profit to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging and differentiation.
• Manage customer feedback and inquiries through various ecommerce platforms and enhance customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in marketing and provide recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement.
