Your Mission
You'll drive our online sales and marketing initiatives, combining creativity, analytics, and leadership to deliver real business impact. From live selling to paid campaigns, you'll be the driving force behind our continued growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Sales Management
Design and execute a
comprehensive e-commerce growth plan
that aligns with company goals.
Oversee
TikTok and Shopee live selling
activities:
Schedule and plan live sessions with creative product storytelling.
Engage audiences and boost conversion during live events.
Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies for better results.
Ensure smooth execution of all livestreams -- from pre-show prep to post-event follow-up.
Manage online product listings and ensure efficient order fulfillment across all platforms.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage
digital marketing campaigns
(organic and paid) across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
Craft
content strategies
that resonate with audiences, using trends, collaborations, and influencer marketing to drive engagement.
Plan, launch, and optimize
paid advertising campaigns
(TikTok Ads, Meta Ads) to generate quality traffic and conversions.
Write and review
livestream scripts, captions, and content calendars
to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Track campaign analytics and use data insights to improve results and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the creative and sales teams on promotions, content planning, and live event coordination.
Team Leadership & Growth
Lead and inspire your team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in managing e-commerce stores in at least one platform (Tik Tok/Shopee) , digital marketing experience is a plus.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin and English are a plus).
Proven success in
scaling sales
on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Practical experience with
live selling or livestream management
.
Skilled in
social media marketing, content creation, and paid ads management
.
Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
