Job Responsibility -Formulate brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions -Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platform -Identify opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand -Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc. -Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. -Evaluate trends to contribute on strategic decisions. -Build relationships and network with e-commerce partners to drive and achieve business objectives. -Support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions. Job Requirements -Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing related disciplines. -At least 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 sales & marketing experience in the field of skin care / baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories -Experiences in an e-commerce role is an added advantages -Good strategic thinking with proven record in brand management -Able to speak in English, Chinese and Cantonese
