At least Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing related disciplines
At least 3 to 5 years\' sales & marketing experience in the field of skin care / baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories
Experiences in an e-commerce role is an added advantages
Good strategic thinking with proven record in brand management
Able to speak in English, Chinese and Cantonese

Tanggungjawab

Brainstorming and execute brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions
Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platform
Identify opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand
Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
Evaluate trends and to contribute on strategic decisions.
Build relationships and network with e-commerce partners to drive and achieve business objectives.
Support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions.
