- Formulate brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions , including above -the -line and below-the-line advertising, Public Relation - Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platform - Identify segment opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand - Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc - Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions. - Liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationship and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives - support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions Requirement - At least Degree in Marketing or related discipline - At least 3-5 years sales & marketing experience in the field of skin care / baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories - Strategic thinking, proactive, self -motivated, creative and be a team player - Good strategic thinking with proven record in brand management - Proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese
