l Handle order processing and conduct statistics on returns and exchanges.
l Assist in inventory management, coordinate stock transfers, and liaise with shipping and replenishment tasks to ensure stable inventory levels.
l Collaborate with product development teams to optimize the efficiency of website operations.
Qualifications:
l Degree in English or a related field, with a college diploma or higher.
l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; experience in foreign trade e-commerce or the international trade industry is preferred.
l Strong logical thinking, fast learning ability, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit.
l Familiarity with foreign trade e-commerce platforms
