Requirements
- Minimum Education: SPM
- Language Requirements: Able to read and write in Chinese, English, and Malay
- Must have own transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Working Hours:
Saturday - 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Work from Home)
Responsibilities
1. Manage and print order details from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
2. Provide accurate order information to picking and packing teams, contributing to efficient order processing.
3. Handle inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
4. Take charge of various paperwork and documentation, keeping operations organized and compliant.
5. Be a key team player during high-volume times, ensuring timely order dispatch and maintaining customer satisfaction.
6. Assist during product photoshoots and product listing.
7. Arrange and organize event and product photos in designated folders.
8. Maintain a weekly social media posting schedule. (Input posting details such as date, time, caption, and photo into the schedule.)
