We welcome passionate and talented individuals to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an E-Commerce Operator in Johor Bahru. The E-Commerce Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, order processing, customer service, and logistics. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop and execute digital campaigns, and optimize online presence to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Acquired language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with product listings, order processing, and customer service in e-commerce settings Knowledge of digital marketing best practices for e-commerce Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee is a plus
