Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a D2C E-commerce Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce channels, overseeing accounts and sales performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Expertise with D2C e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
Excellent Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
Possess a startup attitude and mindset, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model that includes both on-site and remote work
