Previous working experiences in e-commerce or related field will be added advantage
Able to speak in Mandarin
Good knowledge of photo editing or proficient in using Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities
Channel & Content Management
Manage stores daily operation on various e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok etc)
Planning and writing quality content and information update on products etc.
Produce and edit images using various editing methods for e-commerce platforms product posting.
Plan, prepare and update promotional and assortments (e.g. bundles deal. Discounts, vouchers etc)
Manage inventory to ensure stock availability.
Conceptualizing, budgeting and executing marketing campaigns.
Conduct competitive price check across other online store to help in improve sales
Order Management
Ensuring smooth fulfilment process from order picking to return and exchange.
Customer Service Management
Respond to online customers promptly and root-cause investigation, providing status updated and follow-through on corrective actions or give solutions.
Analyse and prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
Work closely with the internal business teams to ensure efficient and effective as well as leveraging support resources
Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required
