Manage online store sales (Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Respond to customer inquiries and chats, provide product information, and close sales.
Upload and update product listings (images, prices, and stock levels)
Support online promotions and marketing campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
SPM and above
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiar with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Understanding of Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Basic knowledge of product listing systems (uploading photos, editing descriptions, updating stock).
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Good customer service attitude and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Attention to detail in managing product listings and pricing.
Able to solve problems and handle customer complaints politely.
Basic marketing or social media knowledge is an added advantage.
