Roles & Responsibilities: - Support projects that focus on end-to-end seller growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics, including execution and troubleshooting - Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions - Monitor new initiatives in the market, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement Qualifications - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools - Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit to working full-time 5 days a week for at least 3 months - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
