What You'll Be Doing

Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat (yes, you'll need to be comfy with all three!) Answering questions about our products, prices, and what's in stock Teaming up with other departments to make sure our customers get what they need Keeping things organized with some light data entry on different platforms

You're a Good Fit If You:

Have 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role (or if you're a fast learner who's ready to grow, we're open to that too) Can speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize like a pro Are able to WFH for 6 months (Johor based) and cool with working onsite after 6 months

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
