Requirements
Assist in daily warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock checks.
Process and fulfill e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and accessibility of inventory.
Manage inventory control processes, including regular stock counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing transportation costs.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports on warehouse performance metrics.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
Analyze warehouse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving activities.
