Selesaikan setiap masalah yang timbul dalam operasi portal setiap hari. 3. Memastikan Wartawan memilih berita-berita mengikut kategori untuk dimasukkan ke laman Portal Lifestyle. 4. Memastikan Wartawan tidak terlepas breaking news. 5. Sentiasa memantau Social Media dan laman web lain dalam dan luar negara untuk memastikan Breaking News diupload segera. 6. Membuat micro site laman khas sekiranya ada event penting. 7. Memastikan bahan dan pengisian dalam edisi cetak Sinar Harian dimuatkan dalam laman Portal Lifestyle atau akhbar pada keesokkan harinya. 8. Mana-mana bahan yang sesuai dimuatkan dalam Portal Lifestyle diberikan kepada Wartawan untuk dijadikan berita. 9. Menjaga keselamatan laman web ini dan bahan-bahan/gambar yang disiarkan daripada dicerobohi atau digunakan sewenang-wenangnya oleh editor laman web lain. 10. Memantau dari semasa ke semasa dan meminta bantuan dari unit teknikal IT bagi memastikan laman web kita selamat. 11. Menjawab, follow-up dan menyelesaikan pertanyaan, masalah dan aduan melalui komunikasi dengan jabatan-jabatan yang berkaitan seperti Pengeluaran, Sekretariat Penerbitan, IT, Pembelian, Pengedaran, Pemasaran, Web, Jualan Iklan dan Jaminan Mutu. 12. Membantu edit gambar yang simple bagi mempercepatkan proses upload news ke dalam portal
