We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EDP and Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating electronic databases, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with administrative tasks.
The Job
Maintain and responsible for keeping an up-to-date inventory system, which include daily data entry for new stock, stock transfer, write-off stock for multiple retail stores.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist with administrative tasks related to data processing.
Generate, print and distribute barcode price tag label as needed.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
Provide support for data entry and other related tasks.
Requirements
Possess at least SPM or relevant working experience.
Required skills: MS Office, good mathematical skill, high accuracy of data entry.
Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and possess good communication skills.
Ability to work in team, self-starter, able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
