Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in course counselling, sales and marketing as well as promotional activities in education industry will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, result oriented and able to work independently.
Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

The Education Course Consultant is be responsible for the promotion and sales of the courses through telephone
Prospecting, qualifying, developing, and securing new student enrolment numbers
In charge of assigned market and responsible for achieving revenue targets.
Assist in the planning execution of local recruitment and branding events, such as roadshows, open house, and education fairs
Follow up on leads through sales visits, email and telephone sales call
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Building and maintaining a customer management database.
Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels other than recruitment agent channel
Assisting in other duties as assigned by Team Leader
