We are a dynamic team in adult training and funded workshops in Singapore.

We are expanding our operations and seeking a talented and driven Remote Education Consultants to join our team.

The Education Consultant will play a pivotal role in promoting our training programs and generating sales leads through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively promoting our adult training programs.

WhatsApp and follow up with potential customers to share about courses and upcoming intakes

Enroll and register learners for courses

Develop a deep understanding of our training offerings to communicate their value proposition to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for potential customers.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

No Experience required

Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

Fluency in English is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Commission pay
