Job Description

The International Education Counsellor is responsible for driving international student enrolments through agents, education fairs, and overseas school visits. This is a sales-driven role focused on identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Lead Generation & Partner Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international education agents and partners. Attend and represent the institution at international education fairs and events.

Sales & Enrolment Conversion

Provide detailed program and admissions information to prospective students and families. Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and close enrolments. Collaborate with the International Office team to ensure seamless conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
3.

Overseas School Engagement

Plan and conduct visits to secondary and high schools overseas to promote the institution. Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to students. Build and sustain long-term relationships with school administrators and counsellors.
4.

Reporting & Market Insights

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and partner engagement in the CRM. Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and progress towards enrolment targets. Analyze market data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (international context preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Knowledge of diverse education systems and cultural contexts. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Prior experience in international student recruitment is an advantage.
