Drive student recruitment by reaching out to and counselling potential university
students.
Support existing students by encouraging them to advance to the next stage of their
education at the University.
Achieve the sales targets set by management.
Plan, manage, and oversee departmental events such as Open Days and Public
Exhibitions.
Implement initiatives and activities within the Sales team to enhance performance and
team development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the reporting line manager.
Perform duties in accordance with the policies and systems established by the Sales
Department.
Skill & Requirements :
Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Prior experience in Sales or Education is an advantage.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is an added
advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and open-minded personality.
Digitally and numerically literate; comfortable working with technology and data.
Passionate about education, with some understanding of Malaysia's education industry
being a plus.
Willing to learn and driven to succeed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
