Job Description

Provide education counselling to students and parents regarding study options, courses, institutions, and career pathways. Assess students' academic background, interests, and goals to recommend suitable programs. Assist students with application, admission and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Conduct follow-ups with students and institutions to track application status and ensure a smooth enrolment process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners. Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.

Requirements :

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, OR
SPM holders with at least 10 years of proven experience in the sales and marketing field.

Familiarity with modern marketing strategies and digital marketing techniques will be an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure to meet targets. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude. A fast learner who adapts well to change and works effectively as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
