Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counselling services to students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address academic, career, and personal concerns.
• Assess student needs, interests, and strengths to develop personalized educational plans.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and career paths based on their aspirations and abilities.
• Offer guidance on college admissions, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and external agencies to ensure the overall well-being and success of students.
• Stay updated on current educational trends, resources, and opportunities for students.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

• Counselling certification or degree in counselling or a related field.
• Experience in educational counselling or related roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards student needs and concerns.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with educational systems, admission processes, and career development resources.
• Proficiency in using counselling tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
