Job description 1. Report to the Head of Marketing and Senior Management 2. Marketing Planning and Implementation
To recommend marketing strategies and develop semester(s), half yearly and yearly marketing plan
To implement and mobilise of marketing strategies, operations and activities
To perform recruitment functions and deliver targets, to maximise the conversion rates from enquiry to enrolment, through responsible, customer-centric and focused services
To ensure all stakeholders are provided timely and accurate information and responses through various medias, including emails, calls and/or visits to the stakeholders
To recommend and implement tactical strategies to cultivate secondary schools and outreach secondary students
To plan, organise and coordinate school outreach plans e.g., career talks, school and education fairs, leadership, teambuilding and counsellor workshops, etc.
To maintain good relationship management with secondary schools
To contribute to the education institute in all recruitment events, both on campus (including the Open Days, recruitment agents training, schools, industrial partners etc.), off campus and online
To organise, attend, and report on induction week activities for new students, and lead on training and coordination of student ambassadors to support recruitment events and open days
4. Marketing Department Management
To guide and provide leadership for marketing team members
To monitor performance and function of marketing department
To develop knowledge and skill for marketing team members
5. Market Research
To conduct market research and competitor analysis
To advise and sharing update on the latest education trends
6. Reports and Updates
To arrange monthly marketing team meeting
To prepare and update monthly marketing and management reports
To ensure appropriate use, manage and backup of databases and CRM systems
7. Customer Services
To advise and recommend strategies to improve customer service
To coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholder(s) to ensure interactive communication and information sharing between academic and marketing. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably qualification in Business Admin/Marketing/Management
Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar roles
Excellent communication, persuasive and persistent skills
Goal-oriented with strong leadership skills
Proactive, ambitious and energetic
Willing to travel
Willing to work on weekends for marketing events, road shows, etc.
