To enhance our successful EHS Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate EHS Engineer Your Responsibilities Examines plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to determine if all safety precautions have been included. EHS inspections on fire and safety equipment, machinery and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Determines requirements for safety clothing and devices, and designs, builds and installs or directs installation of safety devices on machinery. Conducts or coordinates safety training to educate workers about emergency response, safety policies, laws and practices. Investigates industrial accidents to minimize recurrence and prepares accident reports. Main Coordinator Conducts EHS Legal monitoring matrixes- CEM, LEV , Emission and others. Responsible for identifying health and safety hazards and recommending corrective actions. Serves as EHS SME for operation team on ergonomics, hazardous materials, industrial hygiene and fire and chemical safety matters. Interfaces with outside vendors, contractors and engineers regarding facilities, chemicals and other workplace health and safety related matters. Compiles and submits safety reports. Contractor Management Program - SIPP Your Profile Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in Environmental Health and Safety Bachelor\'s degree in Science, Engineering or EHS Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Open minded with good working attitudes to face challenges.
