Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• SHO certified, CepSWaM Certified.
• Candidates more than 3 years of experience will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in EHS management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., PA, OSHA), safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in EHS software tools and systems is a plus.
• Able to travel to China for 3-6 months training.
• Able to speak, read, write in Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
• Develop and implement programs to manage waste, pollution, and emissions.
• Monitor environmental performance and recommend improvements.
• Identify workplace hazards and assess risks to health and safety.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Provide safety training and promote awareness of safe work practices.
• Stay updated on environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, permits, and documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs on environmental, health, and safety topics.
• Train employees on safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response.
• Promote a culture of safety and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with management, engineers, and employees to implement EHS programs.
