Our client is a reputable petrochemical company located at Kuantan, Pahang. They are looking for EHS Manager to take on responsibilities related to safety, health and environmental practices at their factory.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines and local regulations.Assess environmental health and safety risks, opportunities and impacts, standards and regulations and advise on potential impacts stakeholdersImplement programs and processes in alignment with the environmental health and safety regulatory of government, International Standard Organization (ISO) management system and corporate guidelinesDeliver environmental health and safety activities, including emergency response plan, incident and accident management, training implementation and evacuation drillParticipate and support regular environmental health and safety audits and certification program in compliance with established standardsHandle environmental health and safety related records and reportingJOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Chemical Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health or equivalentMinimum 8 years of working experience in EHS Management in manufacturing environmentRegistered Safety and Health Officer (with green book) with DOSHExperience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, including implementation and auditingKnowledge of chemical processing activities is an added advantageAbility to drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respectWilling to be based at Kuantan, PahangApplicants should be Malaysian citizensApply online or feel free to contact me directly for more information about this opportunity.
