Job Description

Environmental Monitoring & Compliance



Operate, monitor, and maintain

wastewater treatment plants

and

air pollution control systems

(e.g., scrubbers, dust collectors, thermal oxidizers). Collect and analyze

wastewater and emission samples

in accordance with

DOE Malaysia

(Department of Environment) regulations. Record and report

daily/weekly/monthly environmental performance data

(e.g., pH, COD, BOD, TSS, flow rates, air quality indices). Ensure compliance with

Environmental Quality Act 1974

,

Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009

, and

Clean Air Regulations 2014

. Liaise with

certified environmental consultants

and

third-party laboratories

for scheduled environmental monitoring and submission of reports.

Education & Experience:



Diploma or Degree in

Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health

, or related field. Minimum

2-4 years

of experience in a similar role, preferably in

manufacturing

,

semiconductor

, or

chemical processing

industries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
