Job Description

Electrical Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment including motor, drives, control panel and power distribution system. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize production downtime. Ensure all electrical work complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and DOSH regulations. Assist in installation of new equipment and modification to existing system. Daily record of meter reading of Power Meter (kWh).

Instrumentation Maintenance

Maintain industrial instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meter, level sensor and control valves. Troubleshoot instrumentation related issues that impact production quality or process control. Ensure instruments are operating accurately to support the manufacturing process. Maintain records of calibration and instruments performance log.

Spare part inventory management

Monitor and manage engineering spare parts inventory. Update stock level in CMMS or manual records and coordinate with engineer for timely ordering. Organize storage and labeling of critical spares for quick identification and retrieval. Track consumption trends to help improve preventive maintenance planning. Perform any ad-hoc administrative task as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Gebeng, Kuantan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
