Membantu Pengurus dalam merancang, membangun dan melaksanakan Sistem Pengurusan Kesihatan, Keselamatan dan Alam Sekitar selaras dengan dasar Radicare dan keperluan perundangan tempatan mengenai Kesihatan, Keselamatan & Alam Sekitar. Faedah tambahan: 1. Insurance perubatan ( pesakit luar / warded) 2. Insurance nyawa 3. Pergigian 4. Bonus Tahunan 5. Pakaian seragam 6. OT mengikut keperluan
