Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Curator specialized in e-learning to join our team. As a content curator you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, organizing, and managing educational content tailored towards parenting, K-12 education as well as adult / continuous learning. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers and other stakeholders to ensure the content meets the specific needs of learners at various stages of education and professional development. Key Responsibilities Research and identify high-quality educational resources, including articles, videos, interactive activities, simulations and assessments suitable for parenting, K-12 learning and professional development environments Assess the relevance, accuracy, credibility, and effectiveness of curated materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards, learning objectives, and target audience needs Organize educational content into structured learning pathways, modules or courses, considering diverse learning styles, preferences and accessibility requirements Regularly review and update curated content to reflect emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in education, technology and subject matter domains Conduct quality checks on curated content to ensure consistency, coherence and instructional integrity, addressing any gaps or inconsistencies as necessary Collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to integrate curated content seamlessly into instructional materials and learning experiences Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and educational innovations to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in content curation, instructional design and e-learning best practices , Proven experience (at least 2 years) in content curation, instructional design, or educational publishing, preferably in e-learning environments Strong understanding of educational theories, learning principles, and instructional design models applicable to parenting, K-12 education and continuous learning contexts Familiarity with curriculum standards and educational frameworks Proficiency in using content management systems, digital repositories and online collaboration tools [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-lunix-luminous-sdn-bhd-job-e-learning-content-curator]
