Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for doing all type of maintenance job related to electrical & instrument.
- Able to carry out troubleshooting and calibration on instrumentation equipments; temperature, level and pressure sensors.
- Able to do installation and modification of control circuit (interlocking & hardware system).
- Able to do manual motor starter system and vfd wiring, modification and programming.
- To do all preventive maintenance check as per schedule.
- Be responsibility to reduce automation breakdown, increase equipment efficiency and operating system.
- Be responsible to carry out all the instructions given by the engineer / supervisor.
- Able to understand, design, re-draw of electrical and instrumentation drawings.
- To give suggestions for the improvement of the plant.
- Be responsible to perform the instrument commissioning, start-up and servicing to instrument equipments.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- To follow all the safety procedures and improve energy efficiency.
