2. Product Demonstration
Conduct hands-on demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
Ensure demo units are functioning, clean, and properly displayed.
Highlight key selling points and competitive advantages.
3. Sales Achievement
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Actively engage walk-in customers to drive interest and conversion.
Promote ongoing campaigns, discount offers, and product bundles.
4. Store Display & Merchandising
Ensure products are neatly arranged, labeled, and priced correctly.
Maintain a tidy and professional showroom or retail area.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
5. Product Expertise & Continuous Learning
Stay updated on new product launches, technology updates, and industry trends.
Attend product training sessions and refreshers.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, common questions, and product performance.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily or weekly sales and customer feedback reports.
Inform the technical or customer service team of any recurring issues or product defects.
Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and inventory teams when required.
