Job Description
Salary: MYR 5,500 - MYR 6,500 Per Month
Location: Selangor
Requirements:
Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an electrical appliance manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process automation, and quality systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and production targets effectively.
Experience in water heater manufacturing or metal materials is a plus.
Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets.
Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system control and adherence to specifications.
Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet industry and company standards.
Manage inventory, materials, and equipment to avoid production delays.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve production processes.
Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare production reports and analyze performance data to optimize efficiency.
